Vishal Pipes Limited, is manufacturing the Riser Pipes, since its inception of the company. Earlier the company was manufacturing Steel Riser Pipes, the conventional riser pipes for pumps and Hand Pumps. In due course Vishal Pipes introduced UPVC Casing Pipes replacing Steel Riser pipes.

& ACCESSORIES
VPL INDIA Column Pipes are manufactured as per VPL internal standard which meets the requirement of high tensile loads subjected by the weight of the Submersible Pump-set and vibration generated by it while running. These pipes have heavy duty square threads along with a permanently joint separate socket attached to one end of the pipe. To ensure leak proof joints high quality EPDM rubber rings are provided on each ends of the pipes and inside the socket as well. Available in various sizes starting from 25 mm to 150 mm diameter in various categories, VPL INDIA Column pipes are design for Hi- tensile loads. The ends of the pipes where threading is being done will have higher thickness to in-corporate higher loads.

FEATURES OF VPL COLUMN / RISER / DROP PIPES
Manufacturing Process
VPL uses the latest extrusion technology and quality control procedures and has a fully equipped laboratory, ensuring the best quality of pipes and perfect inner/outer dimensions. VPL INDIA column Pipes are manufactured with Bi-Axial Die technology with gives the excellent impact and tensile strength to the product.
Special Formulation
VPL INDIA Column pipes are made with specially designed formulation so that pipes are capable of handling both internally prostatic pressure as well as vertical tensile load due to the column water and pump weight. The special formulation ensures that the threads do not get brittle and break or chip even after loosening and tightening several times during its life span. Special raw materials are processed and used in combination with the latest extrusion technology to make these pipes. The special formulation is being prepared using all high-grade chemical imported from countries like – Japan, Korea, OR USA.
Dual Function of VPL Drop / Riser Pipe
VPL Drop / Riser pipes have a dual function to perform. On one hand it has to withstand the pump delivery hydro static pressure, which is maximum in the first pipe connected to the pump and maybe as high as 45Kg/cm2 and on the other hand, the top most pipe bears the load of the entire column filled with water and pump which may range up to 2 tons. This dual type of loading application makes this product unique and requires special manufacturing techniques, which requires special technocratic workforce to manufacture these pipes.
Thick and Thin
The special thick and thin construction of pipes, this innovative technique for making pipes thicker in the threading end to compensate for material removal due to threads. There is dual thickness (t) in the end part after removal of thread is the same as barrel thickness (t), Therefore the pipe strength remains the same.
