UPVC AGRICULTURE PIPES / FITTINGS

Introduction of the uPVC Pipes is the revolutionary change in the history of the mankind. Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride is the part of the Polymer family and its recycle value is 7. Beginning in the 1950s, uPVC pipes were used to replace corroded metal pipes and thus bring fresh drinking water to a growing rural and later urban population. uPVC is allowed for waste lines in homes and is the most often used pipe for sanitary sewers.

Un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC), also known as rigid PVC, Pipes & Fittings are used for all plumbing purposes in residential & commercial buildings. Ideally suited for looping at each floor level, outdoor installations & concealed pipelines for cold water distribution. uPVC is known as having strong resistance against chemicals, sunlight & oxidation from water. uPVC is widely used in construction because it is durable, cheap and easily worked.
VPL INDIA UPVC pipes are made from highest grade quality resin. These pipes & fittings are mainly used for water supply in agriculture, drip irrigation, sprinkler lines, and many other applications. However, these can also be used in cable ducting, ventilation pipe lines & slurry lines etc.

AGRICULTURE PIPES / FITTINGS

APPLICATIONS

  • For drinking water pipe distribution systems, both main and Distribution
  • Sewer and discharge pipe Due to its non-metallic nature, the material used is totally resistant to corrosion.
  • uPVC pipes do not add any colour, odor or taste to transported fluids.
  • As uPVC material is flame retardant, in the event of a fire, flames are unable to travel. It is therefore offer an added safety when used for electrical installations, both domestic and industrial

BENEFITS

  • Leak proof joints and easy jointing.
  • Easy and quick jointing with solvent
  • Hygienic for carrying potable water
  • Because of their smooth inner surface, uPVC pipes have minimum flow head losses
  • No sediment deposition & hence, no reduction in cross-sectional area even after using for several years
  • Resistant to effect of UV rays to certain
  • Availability of full range of fittings for various purposes
  • Self extinguishing
  • Lower material, transportation & installation cost
  • uPVC pipes are relatively light. Their density 1.40-1.46 is one-fifth that of steel pipes. This cuts down handling and transportation costs and facilitates installation when in difficult and remote places
